The aim of this course is to discover the practice of mindfulness meditation.

Many studies have demonstrated that the regular practice of meditation :

  • Helps you to better understand how your mind works, and to better manage your relationship with yourself, your thoughts and your emotions.
  • Favours the reduction of anxiety, stress, and chronic pain.
  • Helps to develop emotional intelligence and kindness towards oneself and others.
  • Helps you to live more fully in the present moment and deal with the minor annoyances of everyday life with greater serenity.
