Nataliya Shapar offers you the opportunity to take part in free meditation sessions.

The aim of this course is to discover the practice of mindfulness meditation. Numerous
numerous studies have shown that regular meditation practice :

  • Enables you to better understand your mental functioning, to better manage your
    thoughts and emotions.
  • Helps reduce anxiety, stress and chronic pain.
  • Helps develop emotional intelligence and kindness towards self and
    and others.
  • Helps you to live more fully in the present moment, and to deal more serenely
    with greater serenity.

Number of participants: between 5 and 10 people.
Contribution to room hire: the cost of the room is divided by the number of participants.
