Pilates is the perfect low-impact workout for seniors known to align and strengthen the body. The class will focus on strength, mobility, endurance, coordination and proprioception. Join us to experience the benefits of learning healthy movement patterns that support your daily activities and the art of aligning the mind and body!

Please come in comfortable clothing. Mats and all equipment will be provided, and changing area is available. Fee: 5 Euros for the rental fee of equipment; payment on the spot.
