Dear Group Leaders and Volunteers,

We are delighted to invite you to our traditional Volunteers’ Lunch ! It will take place on Friday 26th April at 12.30pm.
We will let you know the venue in due course.

This lunch will be an opportunity to thank you for your involvement within our Association, to chat about the year gone by and also to get to know one another better in a relaxed atmosphere.

Date limit for signing up : Please would you sign up as soon as possible and before Friday 5th April (beginning of the school Spring holidays) if you are free to attend this lunch. This will give us a more accurate idea of the number of participants and will facilitate its organisation. Thank you.
